What We Build
Our modular product portfolio includes:
• Single‑family and multi‑family housing
• Refugee and homeless shelters
• Long‑term care and wellness facilities

All structures are engineered using eco‑friendly, recycled, and carbon‑negative materials to reduce environmental impact and accelerate deployment.

State‑of‑the‑Art Technology
We integrate advanced technologies to accelerate infrastructure development and improve community outcomes:
• Smart‑building systems and IoT monitoring

These innovations reduce construction time, improve quality, and support long‑term sustainability.
Clean Energy Partnerships
We collaborate with leaders in:
• Solar
• Wind
• Biomass
• Geothermal
• Hydrogen power
These partnerships help bring clean technologies into mainstream housing and infrastructure, ensuring communities benefit from reliable, low‑carbon energy.
The Global Housing Crisis
The world faces unprecedented housing pressure:
• 1.6 billion people live in inadequate housing
• 100 million are homeless
• By 2030, up to 3 billion people will require housing
• This demand requires 96,000 new homes every day
Housing affordability is worsening, with 90% of cities reporting prices more than three times the median income. Rising construction costs, land shortages, and slow policy responses intensify the crisis.
Our Impact
Rushlight EHS addresses these challenges by:
• Developing land with sustainable, scalable methods
• Using recycled materials such as plastic waste
• Deploying modular solutions that reduce cost and construction time
• Aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Our approach supports an inclusive, low‑carbon economy where housing affordability and environmental responsibility work hand‑in‑hand.

I’m a dual Canada–UK citizen with over 15 years of project leadership experience across infrastructure, real estate, government, and large‑scale operations. My career spans professional sports, equestrian competition, Hollywood production operations, public‑sector experience, and modular housing and infrastructure development across the UK–Canada corridors. This cross‑sector background gives me a rare ability to lead in complex environments, build high‑trust partnerships, and scale organizations with clarity and discipline.
I have deep experience working with Indigenous communities—rooted in my early education on Enoch Cree Nation—and I prioritize culturally aligned, community‑driven development in every project. My government work strengthened my understanding of regulatory systems, cross‑jurisdictional alignment, and long‑term infrastructure planning, which now informs my leadership approach in the housing and environmental sectors.
My focus today is on building scalable, sustainable, and economically viable housing and infrastructure solutions. I hold an Affordable Housing Development certification and a Degree in Political Science from the University of Lethbridge, grounding my work in governance, policy, and responsible growth. I’m committed to advancing modular innovation, circular‑economy principles, and infrastructure models that strengthen communities while addressing affordability, sustainability, and long‑term resilience.
